Description
Booking Conditions
- Daily Rate: £225 including VAT, with a minimum rental period of 3 days.
- Mileage Allowance: Includes up to 200 miles per day. Additional miles are charged at 45p per mile.
- Deposit: A refundable deposit of £1000 is required, returned within seven days after the rental period, less any costs for damages or fines.
- Gas Bottle: £65 for a full gas bottle (gas only).
- Insurance and Breakdown Cover: The renter must take out comprehensive insurance and breakdown cover.
- Cleaning Fees: A £100 fee is applicable if the vehicle is not returned clean. An additional £50 fee is charged if the portable toilet is not emptied and cleaned properly.
- Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled more than four weeks before the start date. 50% refund for cancellations between 2 to 4 weeks. No refund if cancelled less than two weeks before the start date.
